Truck dispatch pricing, explained plainly
You should know exactly what dispatch costs before you talk to anyone. Hereʼs how our fees work, whatʼs included, and what youʼll never be charged for.
Percentage Plan
Fee calculated on the total amount on the rate confirmation. You only pay when a load we booked is delivered.
Owner-operators who want the dispatcherʼs pay tied directly to the rate.
Flat Weekly Plan
One predictable cost, whatever the week grosses. Charged only for active weeks your truck is dispatched.
Carriers running steady, high-revenue weeks who want a fixed cost.
Fleet Pricing
Custom pricing for multi-truck operations with dedicated volume rates as your fleet grows.
Fleets needing one point of contact, volume rates, and tailored service packages.
Your exact rate depends on your equipment, the number of trucks, and the services you need. Weʼll quote it on the first call and put it in writing in your dispatch agreement.

How billing works
Youʼre billed weekly by Sky Dispatch LLC after loads are delivered, via card or ACH transfer. Every invoice lists the loads it covers, the rate on each rate confirmation, and the fee applied, so you can check the math.
Which plan makes sense for you?
Thereʼs no plan thatʼs best for everyone. A percentage plan means you pay less in slow weeks and your dispatcher earns more when you earn more. A flat plan caps your cost in strong weeks. Hereʼs a simple way to compare:
At 8%, a week that grosses $5,000 costs $400 in dispatch fees. A week that grosses $3,000 costs $240. A flat plan at $300 costs $300 either way. If your truck consistently grosses more than your flat fee divided by your percentage ($300 ÷ 0.08 = $3,750 a week), the flat plan usually costs less.
